About
MyoToolkit
MyoToolkit is a computational toolkit for skeletal muscle research, developed by the HuashanMuscle team and the MyoFin team. It integrates three complementary tools for comprehensive muscle assessment:
- MyoScore — Transcriptome-based muscle health scoring
- MyoPath — Automated muscle pathology analysis
- MyoSpectrum — Integrative transcriptional atlas of human skeletal muscles
Teams
- HuashanMuscle — Huashan Hospital, Fudan University
- MyoFin — Folkhälsan Research Center, University of Helsinki
