MyoToolkit

MyoToolkit is a computational toolkit for skeletal muscle research, developed by the HuashanMuscle team and the MyoFin team. It integrates three complementary tools for comprehensive muscle assessment:

• MyoScore — Transcriptome-based muscle health scoring
• MyoPath — Automated muscle pathology analysis
• MyoSpectrum — Integrative transcriptional atlas of human skeletal muscles
